Absolutely! I’m more than happy to travel for your project. Please note that all travel expenses, including transportation and accommodation, will be added to the booking fee to cover the costs of getting to and from the location.

Booking a project is simple! After an initial consultation to discuss your vision and project details, we’ll secure a non-refundable $250 deposit to lock in your spot. Then we’ll solidify concepts, locations, and a schedule. Once the project is confirmed, I’ll handle the filming and editing, keeping you updated along the way.

The final payment, (total video cost minus the non-refundable deposit,) is due prior to the delivery of the final video as a standard practice. Requiring payment before sending the final video ensures that both parties are protected and that the project is settled upon completion. Once the balance is received, we will deliver the final product, fully edited and polished, and ready for your use.

Deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your booking date and cover essential planning and preparation costs. Last minute cancellations can result in lost shooting days and unused resources, which the deposit helps offset. However, I’m happy to work with you to reschedule if needed.

No, expenses for studios, models, props, and locations are not included in the project cost and will need to be covered by the client. However, we have strong industry connections and can often assist in sourcing high-quality options at competitive prices, ensuring you get the best value for your budget.

Absolutely. I understand the importance of getting the final product just right. I offer up to two rounds of revisions to ensure the video meets your vision. After that, additional revisions are available at a rate of $150 per revision. This process helps maintain a smooth workflow and allows me to deliver high-quality results efficiently.

Your satisfaction is a top priority. In fact, dissatisfaction is rare because I put in the work to carefully plan each project, ensuring we capture high quality footage. When it comes to post production, I understand that everyone’s taste is different, and I’m always open to your feedback. I offer two rounds of revisions to ensure the final video aligns with your vision. If you're not happy with the initial edits, we’ll work together to refine it. After the two revision rounds, any additional changes are available for an extra fee. My goal is to deliver a product that exceeds your expectations and meets your needs.

I understand that things can come up, so I offer a 15 minute grace period for any delays. However, please note that any time beyond that will be deducted from the original start time we agreed upon. To ensure we make the most of our time together, I recommend arriving promptly.

The final cut of your video will be available for download for one month. The RAW footage is retained during the editing process but is deleted once the final version is approved. Please be sure to download all files within this time frame to avoid any loss of content.
